Welcome New Employees!

As TRINITY celebrates its 15th year in business, the company continues to experience unprecedented growth in environmental capabilities, client reach, and, most recently, company size. TRINITY’s employees continue to build on our reputation of excellence, allowing us the opportunity to serve our existing clients and to broaden our horizons reaching out to new clients and new markets.  We are excited to be able to add these new employees to our team.

TRINITY is pleased to welcome:


Courtney Addie – Courtney has joined TRINITY as the Marketing/Proposal Manager and has worked in marketing and proposal management since 2006.  Courtney has a B.S. in Business Management from University of Phoenix, an M.B.A. from the University of North Alabama, and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Grand Canyon University. Most recently, she has worked with HazAir, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM and SWCA, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM as the Marketing/Proposal Coordinator. Her duties will involve marketing and business development activities to facilitate growth for TRINITY.


Danielle Cemprola – Danielle is joining TRINITY as the NEPA Technical Manager working with Jennifer Poirier-O’Brien.  Danielle received her Bachelor of Science in GIS from the University of Maryland and her Master of Science in Community Development from Kansas State University.  Most recently, Danielle has been working as a project manager and environmental planner/GIS Analyst for a large transportation consulting firm. She previously worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in research and development.  Danielle will be responsible for preparing NEPA documents and NEPA Program Management Support.  Danielle loves her dog!


Brandie Moser  – Brandie comes to TRINITY from M-1 Support Services at Fort Rucker and L-3 Technologies, Army Fleet Support at Fort Rucker as an Environmental Compliance Manager.  She received her Bachelors of Science in General Biology and Masters of Science in Environmental and Biological Sciences from Troy University.  Brandie joins TRINITY as an Environmental Scientist, with a start date June 25, 2018 at Fort Rucker, AL.

Kyle Flowers  –  Kyle comes to TRINITY from Catalyst Air Management since 2016 and ADEM Air Division in Montgomery, AL  since 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Troy University.  He joins TRINITY as a Senior Environmental Scientist on June 11, 2018 at Fort Rucker, AL.


JamesKevinFloyd – Kevin joins TRINITY as a Natural Resources Technician at Fort Rucker, AL with experience in prescribed burns and using heavy equipment.
