TRINITY’s project performance includes support of the Fort Rucker Environmental Management System (EMS), which includes Pollution Prevention (P2), compliance, cultural, natural resources, and space utilization and real property management of over 63,000 acres managed by Fort Rucker.  This includes buildings, stagefields and basefields, approximately 95 leased sites, and other remote locations.  In addition TRINITY is providing data management for approximately 167 layers of geospatial data.   
Compliance and P2 activities include management of the Qualified Recycling Program (QRP), the solid waste program, hazardous waste storage, quarterly EMS compliance audit support and training, compliance with Fort Rucker’s Title V air permit, development of quarterly pollution prevention opportunity assessments, and completion of a comprehensive solvent minimization study support.  The solvent study is designed to determine whether a heavily used solvent can be recycled effectively (in accordance with military specifications) for reuse in mission critical locations. The support effort includes compliance inspections and periodical assessments of procedures and processes.  
Cultural and Natural Resource support includes updates to the Integrated Natural Resources Management Plan (INRMP), and support of resource inventories and surveys.  Conservation efforts performed in conjunction with outside entities such as Ducks Unlimited, the National Wild Turkey Federation, and Quail Unlimited will be supported. TRINITY is also assisting Fort Rucker in the formulation of forest fire prevention and control plans, the integrated wildland fire management plan, timber marking, and inspections.
